My name is Barb Lukens I live in Sheboygan County all my life. I have 3 growen children and 2 grandchildren.I belong to the Big Brothers and Big Sister program and I have a little sister which is great. She is a very sweet and engery fill girl.  I have been in the business world for 17 years we ran a bar and restauant for 8 years then I went to Inerior Desgin School for a year. After school we ran a full service restauant for 9 years. We decided to remoldel homes and resell them which got me into real eatate. As you can see I love the public I enjoy showing homes and seeing the delight on customers faces when I find  the right home for them. I love working in all areas of buyers I have banks that I work with for first time buyers that are great in making you comforable in knowing what you can afford in a price for your first home. They also can help you get grants that are available out there for first time buyers. Did you know that if you owned a home then sold it and rented for 3 years you are now a first time buyer again! I feel with fixing homes and reselling them I know what to look for when buying an older home. I feel I can make you comforable in making a decision in buying a home weather it is your first or third home each time should be a relaxed and exciting time.
